Employee ownership
Time Served hires for two companies: Gemini AMPM Ltd (fire, security and life-safety) and AMPM Building Services Ltd (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fabric). Working since 1997, based in Burgess Hill, on sites across London and the South East.
Both are held by the AMPM Group, which is employee-owned. Not a slogan: an Employee Ownership Trust that holds the company for the people in it. Stay, progress, and the value you build comes back to you.
No other fire and security employer in the South East can put those two things in one sentence: train and progress with us, and own part of the company you work for.
