"Time served" means you came through your apprenticeship properly. That's what we run: real training on real sites, with engineers who take the standard seriously, in a company the people who work here own.
A trade for life: fire and security systems, electrical, or mechanical. Recognised qualifications, manufacturer training, and a place on the Academy ladder from day one: Apprentice → Mentor → Practitioner → Master. You're paired with a Mentor, not left to sink.
The AMPM Group is an established, employee-owned engineering group working across London and the South East since 1997. Apprentices earn while they train, work alongside qualified engineers, and finish with a qualification employers recognise anywhere. Questions are welcome: a human answers them.
